First I created a storyboard to get a rough sense of the pacing of the project. As I continued through the process, this storyboard was refined into the final product.
Then I created a style guide from OFFFIELD's social media to pinpoint the cartoon style the client wanted to be the backbone of the project. I also took this opportunity to look through the Loop Running Supply Company's social media to get a sense of how they presented themselves. They put out an energy that was reminiscent of late 90's, early 2000's skate culture.
I animated each shot individually, drawing heavily from the style guides to inform my artistic decisions.
I then composited all the shots together and added effects, sound design, and color grading to make them into a cohesive piece.
